He was first time in Fiverr. He didn't know how the feedback system works! What can I do now?

I'm professional graphics designer in Bangladesh. I'm waiting in Fiverr since 2019. But I am not face this type of issues before. I'm already contact Fiverr support for my response rate. But I see client is accepted the order. I don't know whether he give negative feedback or positive. Please tell me the impacts about it, if I don't give him the reply of feedback. Thank you

I have been working at Fiver since 2019, as a graphic designer. Now I am a level 2 seller. When Fiverr first launched Brief, I got many notifications. But since last more than one year I am not getting any notification from Brief. Then I waited two or three months with the minimum rate of 5, 10, and 15 dollars, to experiment. Even after that, the result did not come. Orders come well from gigs normally. What is the cause of this problem? what's the solution? How much I need to include the minimum rate? Please advice me. thank you.

আমি ফাইভারে ২০১৯ সাল থেকে কাজ করছি, একজন গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইনার হিসেবে। এখন লেভেল ২ সেলার। ফাইভার যখন প্রথম ব্রিফ চালু করে, তখন অনেক নোটিফিকেশন পেতাম। কিন্তু গত এক বছরের বেশি সময় ধরে ব্রিফ থেকে কোনই নোটিফিকেশন পাচ্ছি না। এই এক বছরে মিনিমাম রেট ৫,১০,১৫ ডলার দিয়ে দুই তিন মাস অপেক্ষা করেছি, এক্সপেরিমেন্ট করার জন্য। তার পরেও ফলাফল আসেনি। গিগ থেকে ভালোই অর্ডার আসে। এই সমস্যার কারন কি? এর সামাধান বা কি? কি করলে বা মিনিমাম রেট কত দিলে ব্রিফ আসতে পারে পরামর্শ আশা করছি। ধন্যবাদ।
