I remember being on vacation mode for 1 week then Fiverr asked to change my profile name and when I did, a small "new" text started showing next to it. And then later all my gigs went to the very last page where they used to be on the first page of the search result, it has nothing to do with the performance as I know all my stats are 95+ with good reviews, let me know if there is something I can do to get my ranking back
