My seller sent some files that are not downloadable. I noticed they all say 7 bytes when I go to download it. This pic below is what the non downloadable pics show up as image828×1792 138 KBCan anyone tell me what is going on or why this is happening? And what my seller can do to fix it or me on the receiving end??
