  1. Also, something this important should have an accompanying FAQ or more preferably, a live stream Q&A to address our very valid questions and concerns.
  2. unsatisfactory delivery. This is the biggest problem with this new rating procedure. How is this even determined? Is it just an option selected when creating the cancelation on our part (or the buyer)? In that case I have zero incentive to accept.
