  1. Hello,

I have a blended mix of expertise in UIUX Design and SEO Optimization. Basically, I work on Design and completed 30+ SEO-friendly projects with a 5 rating each. I have profound skills in SEO optimization. I published two gigs for SEO services.  About a month later, I noticed the design gig was losing ranking from the first page. Can't I create two different services that I am an expert on?

Can you guys help me by giving your valuable suggestions, I am looking to have your opinion.

    Thanks

When you said "completed and delivered" do you mean sent in the inbox? If so, like you say, you shoudln't do work before the order but if you did want to show him a version of it then at least putting an obvious enough watermark on what you send in the inbox would help stop him from using it without accepting the offer and it going through the order process (or at least make it a lot harder for him to use without ordering).

In theory you could see if CS will do anything about the fact that he's using the work on his website that he hasn't ordered but they may also not like the fact that you sent the complete work to him that way.

You can't force him to order. If you've sent the custom offer then you could just leave it. Don't send him/other buyers more work through the inbox without an order (at least not without a watermark).

Actually, you are right. But Freelancing is all about trust, especially when it is in the marketplace. As the client has a good review, it is nearly 4.97, I do not force him at that time. I know it is my fault that I trust him.

  3. Hello,

My name is Shajib Hassan. I am a UI UX and Print Designer. A couple of weeks ago, I completed a project for a UK client. He provided me 5 stars with good comments. The client also provides 2nd task to start. I sent him a custom Offer for the newly started project. At that time he did not accept the offer and told that he will accept shortly. Basically, I designed a unique 4 pages brochure for his startup and did some mockups. The project has been completed and delivered. The client has published it on their website as well. I also send him a reminder to accept the offer and make the payment, He asks some revisions, and I have revised(the client provided new designs to add on mockups on the same layout) all the things that he has requested. A couple of days later he again asks for a new revision. This time he comes with a brand new concept and it is a new layout, which requires starting from scratch. I told him this is a new concept, and we can start with another offer, and the client agreed. Now he is not responding to my message.

I know I should not start the task before accepting the offer. He was connected with me over voice calls all day long until the task is completed. Generally, It creates trust among us, the client has 154 good reviews.

Please let me know your opinion. what should I do now?
