  1. Sharing persona contact information will violate the Fiverr Terms of Service.
    You need to discuss your customer and convince him.

    Based on the violation fiverr account can be blocked without warning as well.

    Fiverr is working to make the video calling (powered by zoom) feature in messages for all. Have patience and don't think of violation.

  2. If you did the task before he initiate the cancellation request. There is no reason to cancel the order.
    You can decline the request with writing why you can't accept the cancellation request.
    Additionally, you can reach to customer support and explain everything.

    Else, if wish to skip the process, to maintain your completion rate, ask customer support that it's not your fault and also yo did the job and ask their support to cancel from their end without affecting your completion rate and profile metrics.

  4. As long as you get the money in USD, paypal is good choice. Or if the withdrawal amount is smaller.

     

    For big amount-non USD currency, Payoneer is a great choice because of currency conversion. You can get the highest currency conversion with payoneer if you withdraw to your bank from payoneer. Paypal give much less rate for currency conversion. Same if you withdraw from ATM by payoneer card (optional) the conversion rate will be lower than bank (somehow like paypal rate maybe)

     

    When you choose payoneer, you can follow 2 ways:

    for small amount, directly withdraw to your bank. it will take 2-3 days maximum to get your funds available in your bank account.
    for bigger amount you can get better rates with wise (better rated after deducting the transfer fees - payoneer charge 2% flat charge to transfer from payoneer to wise bank account)

    available ways:
    USD currency/smaller amount > Paypal preferred
    above 300 > payoneer to bank
    above 1000 > payoneer to wise to bank

    If you're not interested to save small bucks and paypal available to your country, then I prefer paypal mostly. As payoneer and wise is mostly popular to them who want to get some extra buck by saving conversion rate.


    Make sure you've transferred to your personal wise account as it's personal transaction (The way wise replied on request)

    I can understand your frustration. I also believe that it's important to have discussion before starting a project.

    Still, I suggest you to keep the conversation within the Fiverr platform.

    As an alternative solution, I can suggest you to offer a custom offer to discuss, as you will get video call option (powered by zoom) in your order page.

    Also, I am happy to let you know that, Fiverr is working on to avail the video calling option for all users within the message before placing an order.

    It's in trial stage now and will be available to all soon.

    Level One

    In order to reach Level One status, there are a few requirements you need to meet:

    Note: This is an automatic process where we review your performance from the past 60 days. 

    • You have been an active seller for at least 60 days. 
    • You have completed, at least, 10 orders (all time). 
    • You have earned a minimum of $400. 
    • You have maintained a 4.7-star rating over 60 days.
    • Your response rate score is 90% over 60 days.
    • Your order completion rate has received a score of 90% over 60 days. 
    • Your on-time delivery has received a score of 90% over 60 days.
    • You have received no warnings over 30 days.

    In additional some level 2 sellers also got this feature by editorial team.
    and sometimes they promoted to TRS and got the feature and lost the rank, but the feature exists.

  8. Response to any message as faster as possible. Also check if you've missed to respond to any messages.

    And if any message goes to spam and you move it to your inbox and reply late than the original time of receiving the message, response time will be higher.

  9. I think you shouldn't worry about. You can send him a time extension request with couple of days, that's better. Also if it's in revision and you say it's late, it will not affect your on time delivery %. But better if you send him time extension request. Time extension request is available in resolution center of the order page.

    When you will send a time extension request, the status of the order will be changed to dispute. Don't worry about that, that's normal.

  10. Make sure you followed his requirement perfectly.

    Did you submit the work sample before the delivery and you got his approval?

    You may politely offer him revision if needed.

    Finally if you think he is playing with you though you've no fault with your work, simply decline his request and contact fiverr customer support and share all the details about the game the buyer is playing with you.

    Fiverr support team will review and if they find you right, they may will support you to overcome the scenario. Even if the order get cancel, they can help you to avoid negative impression on your completion rate and may be compensate with the same value.

    So before reaching customer support make sure you're right.

     

    Additionally, you can directly reach to support and share the details and ask for cancellation from their end and help you to avoid decreasing your completion rate. They will help you.
