  1. Looks, like your dream won´t come true 🙂 You are the second day on Fiverr, and your account is already deleted by Fiverr…
  2. Your account, isn´t banned. At least the one with the username, you also use in the forum “bdgbannerdesign”
  3. What do you offer in your Gigs? “Bad jokes for 5$”?
  4. The most important thing for me would definitely be the “accept / reject order” option to get rid of nonsense orders that actually affect the completion rate. Maybe this option could be limited to e.g. 24 hours after the order came in. That´s it. And in my opinion this is not a big thing. It´s logical. Why should a seller lose time with this kind of orders and additionally get harmed his completion rate. Sometimes it really doesn´t hurt to adapt features that “others”, not only competitors do have. Simply adapt it, and it is a win-win for everybody.
  5. Hi there, yes Chrome is the recommended browser, but Fiverr, as nearly every website, works also well with all other browsers, Opera included, for sure. These “incompatibilities” are “something from the past”. And question: Why don´t you use the app on your mobile, and read the emails you receive from Fiverr, to triple check ? 🙂
  6. After I´d had several times the case, that users that have been blocked by me / reported as spam, order afterwards as “nothing has happened” I propose to implement this feature to protect the Fiverr market, sellers and buyers. "Reported as spam" = impossibility for this buyer to order from the seller that has blocked him. Example: I had a user who wanted to “sell” me a pyramid scheme, asking for a video call and commission payments outside Fiverr two months ago. He has been blocked by me for that, for sure, as it is completely against the Fiverr TOU. Today he ordered, I sent for sure the cancellation request, and then he wanted to “discuss” with me, that I am obliged to fulfill his order, because of his “great product”, that is nothing else than a scam. Giving users like him the possibility to still order after “everything was said” and reported costs a lot of time for sellers and harms the order completion rate.
  7. Exactly! My wife and I both use Fiverr, different accounts, different computers, and same IP (dynamic by provider I guess) and we don´t have any problem. Why? Cause we play fair and respect the Fiverr rules, offering completely different Gigs! If you want to cheat the Fiverr system or any other system you will be caught, sooner or later. And that´s OK 😉
  8. It definitely affects your “Order Completion” rate!
  9. Doing business means “earning money”. Focusing in ethics is definetly not the same. It never was. And it will never be. Sorry for killing your illusions. This is how this world works.
  10. It is surprising to see here every day the same question: Play fair, play clean, don´t cheat and you won´t have a problem. Just this part of your message “I created both account in different IP” makes clear, that “something may be fishy”. BTW: Even if you cheat with the IP, there are “dozens of” other possibilities to find out, if someone cheats. This is Kindergarten from a developers point of view. You need to be more clever than all the algorithms and the technical knowledge of the people from the company, you want to cheat 😉
  11. After my first 5 orders, done with the new dashboard, I have to say that I need more clicks than before to do the same work. It´s the “good old”, never solved problem in the “digital world”: Design versus usability…
  12. Well, nominated and declined… in a quite complicated category and with superduper scores… That´s a standard message, isn´t it? After reviewing your profile and Gigs, we’ve decided you will remain at a Level Two status for the time being. While maintaining the high standards required for this status, we always encourage you to grow and improve. Your account will be evaluated on the 15th of each month, so you can continue on working hard towards earning a promotion. Here are a few things you can do, to better collaborate with buyers and improve your stats: Review your Gig to make sure it’s accurate, and that you’re offering things you can deliver at a high quality. Make sure you offer only one Gig per unique service. Duplicating your Gig is misleading and won’t benefit your business. Review your pricing and make sure it’s aligned with your offering. Make sure you represent yourself and your skills accurately. Communicate clearly and quickly, both when chatting in the inbox or during orders. Make sure you keep our community safe by following our TOS. For more information, please view your stats or contact our customer support team. Good luck, The Fiverr Team
