[I work 2 month on fiverr , but no jenarate work on fiverr]

You can't ask buyer for a review or rating directly but you must be super smart to get the review on your profile.

Make it feels to the buyer about what you need from him/her if you're sure the buyer is satisfied with the work. Like the example below;

"I hope you're satisfied with my work, if so then kindly appreciate my efforts after accepting the delivery" It will realize him that something is going to appear when the buyer accept the delivery. The review page appears after the delivery acceptance and the buyer will understand about what you've asked for.

I have been on Fiverr since the start of 2021 and everything was going well

From the pas few days, I'm not getting new buyer requests. I can only see requests that are two months old

Does anyone have any idea about the problem? Am I the only who's facing this issue?

Partially agree with your statement.

But it might be a new seller on Fiverr who is expert in his skills and didn't heard about this platform. Seriously a lot pf people are not aware of the Fiverr but still they are providing services to their clients using multiple platforms.

Absolutely Yes!

Giving free samples is a kind of desperate attitude so you can simply share your portfolio with the buyers

Also agree with your 2nd point as one can be a pro after a continuous failures and mistakes

You can identify through multiple ways that whether the seller is good fit for you or not

Communication: It is key to know about the person and it's proficiency in their skills. Your 60% research will end up here

Work samples: It is important to collect some samples from the sellers related to your work.

Feedbacks: Just go through the reviews and feedbacks of sellers and also ready some negative reviews so you will know about the pros and cons of a seller.

Since Fiverr is a supportive platform both for sellers and also it takes a good care of the buyers. There are some responsibilities that the buyer need to keep in mind. 

1. Always provide the complete "REQUIREMENTS" to the seller so that the seller can start working on your project immediately. Mostly buyers place order but get disappeared so this thing should be avoid.

2. Both buyers and sellers need to continue their conversation on Fiverr platform as it will helpful to both parties in future and Fiverr also ban those buyers and sellers who try to keep theirselves private(out of fiverr). Sometime buyer/seller open a case about the wrongdoing or bad delivery then Fiverr can identify your agreement through your chatbox.

3. Be responsive with each other in conversation as sometimes a seller need some information to process further but the buyers don't respond to his/her message.

4. Be respectful with each other and seller also need to consider their client's work as their own.

5. Don't share your personal information with everyone and especially your bank details with the seller

A big YES!

Freelancing can be your career if you want it to be or it can be your time pass just to earn pocket money. 

Mostly people are doing freelancing just to collect a side income. But, In my case, freelancing is my passion. I want to continue my career as a freelancer because I solely devote my full time to this field. It can benefit me with multiple ways just like, I'm working with my  clients who belongs to different businesses and various locations so I can learn about their ideas and it can be benefited for me in future.

Financial freedom is the thing everyone need and you can achieve it when you start your career as a full time freelancer.

No, It wouldn't affect your Fiverr profile if you deleted gigs. Only you'll lose rating from those deleted gigs but no need to worry about that as your rating and reviews will still be connected with your profile page.
