  1. Hi @Kesha

Could you please clarify whether automatically completed orders have a negative impact on our gig success score and positioning?

I'm concerned that if my competitors receive rated orders while mine are automatically marked as completed, it could adversely affect my gig success score.

Since the implementation of the new rating system, the percentage of rated orders has significantly decreased. Buyers seem more hesitant to leave reviews, and I've noticed a decline in my search algorithm ranking as a result. What steps can we take to ensure that buyers understand the importance of leaving feedback in this new system?

  2. Of course not, if you fulfill your client's requirements properly, even if your promote option is on, the rank will not down, and even if you turn it off, it will not down. It depends on how much you are satisfying the client and how much you are following his request. Promote option will automatically turn off if you lose rank.

And before doing the promote option, a demo video is given, you can change or turn off the budget at any time.

  3. Since you can't upload more than five then you should talk to support directly.

    https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/account-and-security/report-bug

But the basis on which you want to upload seven gigs seems to me to be a miss guide from someone. Many of us have many people who know this from different institutes or big brother that in the first state upload 7 gigs to rank profile is totally wrong idea. Research your first gig well and design and upload thumbnails well then your first gig will be a golden deer for you.

Better focus on one or two than uploading 7 gigs which is wasteful in my opinion. Another thing is that if a client comes to your profile in case of additional gigs, if you provide multiple services, the client will easily get confused and will have trust issues towards you, which is your loss. thank you

I always thought the Fiverr seller levels are a great way of showing off how far one has come in their freelancing journey on this platform.

However, recently when I told my friend who never heard of Fiverr before, that I was a Level 1 seller, he thought that I had just started out and that this is first level, and everyone is level 1 at the beginning. Maybe renaming the seller levels to something clearer can help solve this?

Your request is completely unreasonable, it doesn't create any value because your friend doesn't order fiverr  for you, clients do when they search for your gig, they can understand whether you are level one, two or top rated, a client can easily understand these things. In my opinion your request is completely unreasonable

    Hi there fellow members!!!
I came here to share my thoughts regarding Private review system of Fiverr, I think it needs to be improved, because private review is an option which is given to buyers to share their feedback regarding sellers after 24 hours of public review placed, My objection of you can say I don't agree with this review system a little flawed, For example buyers evaluate the sellers performance twice, like why? if a certain buyer leave the review publicly they a brutally honest and don't put filters I think so why do they need to review once again the seller after 24 hours?? is fiverr skeptical regarding their own sellers? Fiverr gives the reason behind private review options its for improving the seller performance? like how it would help us where we are not getting to know the flaws In our services, I received no negative review past 6-7 months with 99% 5 star rating still my gig got de-ranked, Why? and how? when I contacted my manager he said most of the buyers leave different public and private reviews?
My question is of it is for the betterment of sellers then we are not allowed to view the Private review, how can we know how we can improve where is the flaw and all that??
or if the private the review is for improvement of Fiverr platform to make the user experience better then why the seller is affected by that?

Furthermore my concern is most of the buyers don't even Bother to leave feedback, how all things are evaluated? if lets say 6 out of 10 buyers have a good experience and 4 have bad, 2 of them leave a negative review and out of 6 good experience only 1 of them leave a private review whereas rest of 5 have left good review publicly but don't bother to leave a private review how these things will work?
its not helping seller's performance at all.

I agree with you 1000% because it's very frustrating 99 out of 100 clients give positive feedback but if one gives negative feedback fiverr  de-ranks the seller's profile just because of one negative feedback. It takes two to three months to recover.

If there is no repeat buyer order then it becomes very difficult to return to the rank, sometimes many people are permanently down-ranked. In my opinion it should be the fiverr fix.

And another thing if client gives me negative rating on private review then it doesn't help us at all because we don't know which client gave us negative feedback for what. And many a times client goes offline for 10 to 15 days after taking a job, when he comes back popup appears on his screen to give private feedback, client may ignore it to save time or give negative feedback unknowingly. That is enough to destroy a seller's ranked profile .

Another thing  this is my personal opinion fiverr should consider is to de-rank a seller's profile when they get 30% to 40% negative feedback but in fiber they de-rank the profile if 1% out of 99% negative feedback.

I agree with you, but there is another problem: Fiverr cannot partner with Bangladeshi banks because, as far as I know, Israel is banned in Bangladesh, so Fiverr is an Israeli marketplace. I think the Bangladeshi government doesn't allow Fiverr to partner with Bangladeshi banks, so if Fiverr wants to add another payment withdrawal system, they have to partner with another third-party payment gateway. Fiverr should add another payment withdrawal system for Bangladeshi freelancers because Payoneer is getting worse day by day.

You are right that there is no need to have a partnership with Bangladesh Bank but if there is a direct bank transfer option, you may understand that any banking payment in the world will transfer easily.

As a reference, there are many well-known freelancing sites who are taking money to Bangladesh or other countries through direct bank system without partnering with Bangladesh Bank or other countries Bank.

But, I think Still Payoneer is the best. What you think?

I am not saying once to drop Payoneer once and for all it will also be there I am demanding to add one more system withdra method.
Another thing is that when you withdraw money from Payoneer to the bank, they still deduct some fees, if you look at it, it seems that we still have to pay $10 to $15 per transaction ( Fiverr $3 Payoneer may be charge $7 to $8 ).

Of course it's still best to reserve or spend internationally, but think about how much you don't have to do to set up a second account if your account gets banned once. Sometimes it will be detected and your account will be banded again, but Direct Bank does not have this problem and now Bangladesh Bank has two options for freelancers, you can keep your Savings Star for 70% of the dollar and 30% of the taka.

Wait till they discover that leader authorities are also sellers like the rest.

And they don't sit on the board of Fiverr!!🥲

You are right they are not fiverr board member but every month or mid month they have to send a report from fiverr Bangladesh if they discuss this issue in that report I am sure fiber will review our issue.

I am sure with the Direct Bank Transfer option, Fiverr Fees will be higher than $3 or $5.

Would you still like to prefer that option? :classic_huh:

If it's $5 or $10 I'll go with it because Payoneer or PayPal bans it for no reason or sometimes doesn't seem to be paying the correct rate.
if the Payoneer account is banned, then the same person has no option to open a new account. Direct bank transfer does not have this problem in my opinion
