Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
I need help with a problem, and I hope everyone can help.

Fiver orders are reduced after reaching level 1.
Among them, after completing a 2/1 order, the order is not coming.
Among them, 2/4 have conversed with the buyer and want to order, but finally do not order.

3 months have passed like this. Does anyone have experience with how can I get the solution or what should I do?
