Dear Fiverr Support,

I am writing to report a serious security breach on my Fiverr account. On December 19, 2023, around 2 am, I realized that someone had accessed my account without my permission and changed my display name from Morshed Alom to Mohammad Ali. They also deducted some dollars from my account balance and placed an order from another seller account.

As soon as I realized this, I created a new chrome profile and changed my email and password. I also contacted the seller and asked them to cancel the order. They agreed to do so and refunded me the money.

However, I am still concerned that the hacker may have added a new bank account or payment method to my account and tried to withdraw my balance. Could you please check and confirm which email or bank account is linked to my account? Is it my old or new one?

Also, since the order that was placed by the hacker was not authorized by me, I hope you can fix the seller's profile stats and ratings. They should not be affected by this incident. Here is the sellers profile https://www.fiverr.com/jhordanpadilla
