[New Tool Bar Issues]

Not sure who did this, but they made it less efficient on the web.

Old toolbar when I was looking at an order if I wanted to return to the list of order, ORDERS was right there on the toolbar.

New toolbar, I have to click MY BUSINESS and THEN select ORDERS from the dropdown, requiring two clicks.  This is a step backwards in UI design.  You should not add extra steps for common functions.

I read an article on fiverr and they get 42% of every dollar spent on the site. Started taking much more when they filed to IPO.

[Sellers are totally unprotected]

I had a buyer file a cancellation with CS. They got it. The reason, they didn’t like the product because I wouldn’t give the free extras they wanted. I contacted CS and they agreed the cancel was not valid after reviewing the messages and gave me the money back. So things are getting better.

We are actually going to produce a few courses during the slow time. Right now too busy to get much done, but will get into this holiday season if sales slump like in the past.
