What do you think, can I try asking someone else for CS, or will they get impatient?

also because this didn't give me any alternative solution, which you are trying to do, crazy what CS is?

yes I could try, but the CS guy this time was very strict and decisive, no emails, very strange. The CS types are often different, some are more docile, others are really unpleasant, don't you think?

Or you could add it as a gig extra. Or cancel the order and reissue the same order with the contract details included (since this type of cancelation won't hurt your stats if the buyer accepts the new order).

Can you create another custom order to suit this purpose? And do you have the partial refund feature to apply to the current order so that you can use that amount for the NDA order?

I would request a copy of the NDA/contract beforehand, though. I've seen a lot of contracts that buyers wanted me to sign that simply aren't applicable and when I ask them to change the verbiage (to make it more relevant to the project), they tell me to "just sign it." I politely decline if they are unable to make those changes.

The solution of the other order seems a bit complicated to me. Regarding the contract you would be right, but honestly I don't care much, it's just a formality for them, I would just like to close this order as soon as possible. I've already been downgraded for more than two months, I don't know why,  and I'm living with old customers who still write to me and order, it's not a good period for me.

  5. It means that this has happened to me once before, but the client had informed me in advance that there would be an NDA to sign, so Customer Support told me to enter my address in the custom order, and that it would serve that purpose. So I did, and nobody said anything to me

I'm not sure what you mean by this, so sorry if this is a stupid question: is it possible for the contract to be sent through Fiverr, and then you return it to your client signed (also as an attachment)? The same way as the NDAs are handled?

No, I expressed myself poorly. She wants to do it electronically, you know, an electronic signature, no scanning or physical signature

@rickymazzamauro, would the buyer accept to send you the contract through Fiverr? As an attachment on the order page?

I did not asking her yet! but she want to sign it in electronic way. The this is that I have already done it here, but it was specified in the custom order.

  8. no way, no solution! "We take this matter very seriously, which is why we kindly ask you to keep your identities outside of Fiverr anonymous. We have a policy in place that prohibits the sharing of any contact information, such as email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers, or any other personal details that may lead to outside communication.

When it comes to communicating with buyers, the best approach is to address their needs and try to find a mutual agreement. If you have followed their initial request and completed everything as asked, you can kindly point that out and provide them with detailed explanations if they have any concerns or want to make corrections. If they need further assistance, you can offer your help, but it's also important to consider if you want to continue working with this customer based on your own priorities and earnings"

  9. CS "According to our guidelines, we do not allow the sharing of email addresses with clients, unless it is necessary to send them an email as a form of credentials for a website or similar purposes."

  10. Hi, a client I'm working with (a record label) has asked me to send them my email address to sign an electronic contract, and it seems they don't want to accept the delivery, which, by the way, they like, without this option, prior to this. How should I proceed to avoid violating the Terms of Service (TOS)?"

    Thank you

  11. Hello everyone,

it's been two months since I was demoted from the first page in the rankings. I'm now stuck in seventh place. But the strange thing is, I keep receiving orders, both from regular clients and from the 'promoted gig,' and also organically, including some big orders. So, I wanted to let other sellers in the same situation know that it's not all over. You can still work, just do it well and punctually because Fiverr will reward you.

  12. Hello everyone, despite being downgraded in the rankings for more than a month, as it happens to everyone here on Fiverr, I'm now on the eighth page. I have fairly high impressions and clicks. Can you explain this to me? I still receive orders, even if they are few, and I naturally have returning customers.

  13. My doubts arose when he began adding new elements to the song's test that I had sent him and which he was enthusiastic about, to which I made myself available, and what was supposed to be a small part of the song became complete without him offering any additional money.

  14. Hello to all my friends, my request for assistance concerns the possibility of being scammed by a customer who is, let's say, "unusual," as is happening to me today. I would like to understand if he can download my final work and then cancel the order, keeping the file after I have delivered it. Is this possible? And if so, how can I protect myself from this?

Thank you to everyone who will help me understand

  15. hello guys, not that it's a big problem for me but I've been here on fiverr since the summer of 2020, and now I've almost tripled the amount needed to become a top seller, but no one has ever shown up here to change my status, do i have something wrong with me?
