  1. Basically, I got all my perks back little by little in about eight weeks, but when I got the promoted gigs offer, I promoted two of my gigs for the first time and it worked pretty nice.  That was two weeks ago. Yesterday I got the invite for the Seller Plus Program so when your gigs aren't getting any showcasing it's not permanent.

  2. nothing you can do besides knock out orders & get good reviews or create new gigs. I heard it takes anywhere from two weeks to several months for your gigs to be showcase again however, that's not guaranteed they may not be showcased again for whatever reason. Customer service will just tell you they don't guarantee views or clicks on gigs.

  3. Same here as well, this is the 4th year for my gigs & recently stopped getting messages from new customers. Don't get anymore clicks & i've only had returning customers for 2 months. The other day the early payout & promoted gigs option returned.... only to be removed the next day. No idea what's up... i heard it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to several months for the gigs to be showcased again however they may not so i've been creating. new gigs.

  4. Find the Primoted Gigs option and click on it... it will take you to a page that will show you if your gigs have been deemed "possible poor quality" & now are ineligible. This means your gigs are not being shown when folks search for services.

You would think that they would send you a message letting you know... no they don't care. I was a few hundred bucks from Top Rated Seller and have 0 negative reviews. 700 completed orders  (just about 700). I had early payout access for about 2 years & two weeks ago I was basically screwed by Fiverr. Customer support is no help either

  5. Hi, I had pretty much all my gigs made ineligible recently... i discovered this after not hearing from any new customers (not even a question) for about 3 weeks. I haven't had a bad review or a bunch of cancellations. However just like that Fiverr yanked my early payout access. I've had the early payout for years... I'm not eligeble for Promoted Gigs or Seller Plus & i received a invitation to join Seller Plus just a few weeks ago. (i wanted to wait and read some peoples opinions before i joined Seller Plus. Anyway i didn't get any email informing me of all my gigs being removed from the seller pages.

Customer support wouldn't tell me anything except they don't guarantee views or impressions... lol. i'm about 5 minutes away from being Top Rated Seller also. I've not had any negative reviews that i know of.

I have built up clientele here so i get work with those folks. However Fiverr has screwed me. WITH NO WARNING.

Currrently looking for a better freelance site.

  6. They said the bug didn't effect my account. So it was removed for some reason. I've had early payout for a year and a half so it's strange but i'll get it back eventually. I don't subscribe to seller plus so the early payout was a big plus.

Tell you what, it’s hard living down here in the Southern US. Everyone calls everyone “sir” “ma’am”, “Honey” “Sweetie” “Hon” “Sugar-bun”, “Sweetheart”, “Bless your heart” I tell you, the list goes on lol! I do find that anyone outside of the Southern US, when they say Sir or Ma’am, it’s more in a … frustrated way? Like, “This is what I’m trying to say, Sir,” rather than a term of endearment, it’s almost meant as a way to communicate frustration (not all the time, just something I’ve noticed.) Some people say it out of endearment, which you could usually get away with in the Southern US, but outside of that? Has no place in a professional and international environment.

yea, i understand ... but the guy wasn't being nice. Trust me. He was condescending to everyone. Nobody would confuse his demeanor & take it the wrong way.
