The only gig you have is for background removing which is an highly saturated category offered by number of seller on fiverr. 

On top of that with the recent tech innovation of Ai you can literally do almost a perfect background change/remove with an online Ai website.

So you have to think of offering something your customers will have to buy from you instead of offering a service anyone can get it done easily online.

If that doesn't seem to fix the problem try the following path.

File> Export> Export for screens

Tip: Don't change the dpi or ppi under this panel it will mess up the size.

Check two things.

1. Your art board must be a whole pixel value. Meaning X and Y positions must be 100 * 100 px.

 

2. Size of the canvas must be the scale you want to export the image.

 

Usually these two fixes will work.

Sellers who have joined Seller Plus program by the time of it's launch (which is the $29 plan at the time) are automatically in the Premium plan NOW (which cost $40 NOW). Fiverr changed the pricing somewhere during the month.

So both $29 and $40 plans bear the same benefits.

Eventhough your account is quite old you are still a new seller and it's tough for a new seller starting up.

There are LOTS of sellers in the platform now a days and good number of them have few reviews behind them with a bunch of completed orders. So its more likely these request may show up to one of those leveled sellers.

Also ever since fiverr has rolled out "Seller Plus", sellers who are part of this will have priory access to new requests which might also slim the chances of a new sellers getting a buyer request.

I have been also taking long breaks ever since I started selling here on fiverr. Everytime I come back my gigs would have dropped to somewhere close to last page with little to no buyer requests. What I do is I'll fine tune my gigs, will make new gigs matching my skills and try bringing in new buyers to fiverr and I sell them my product. Things will eventually start rolling in again for me.

So this is not me advising you, rather my experience me being on a similar state to you and how I overcome that.

Whenever I confirmed an order, I would send the usual big block of text outlining the terms of the gig, and it had a link that said. "If you don't care to read through all the gig's terms, click here to have it all explained by a friendly drag queen."
