I have exactly the same case. I have a gig and only two orders for that gig. One of buyers is my old one returned buyer and we always had great communication and understanding with the buyer. Returned buyer left me 5 star review and we didn't solve anything through resolution centre. Buyer didn't ask for any revision either. Second buyer was new, but also left 5 stars review. Buyer did have some additional questions, but we politely discussed everything in the message box.
But i suppose even if buyers leave 5 stars review and seem like we are sartisfied with everything - they are not really satisfied with everything. 😄 This is all about private reviews and what they express there!
btw. Less of more CS have told me exactly that only in different "long story" way. 🙂

@Kesha I joined it as an early bird at $29/month and I never left it, I am a level 2 seller and today I got a notification to get on track in 30 days. In case my level drops to level 1 after 30 days, will I lose my seller plus premium? And if I will rejoin it after maintaining my level 2, would I be charged the same $29/month or $39/month?
Hi! From what i have understood sellers who have joined seller plus before new level system, they won't lose their seller plus membership ( even if they lose their level). Sellers who want to join (first time ) after new level system will be implemented they have to pass the criteria for that. In other words if your level is not eligable for seller plus after updating your success score and want to join seller plus, first you'll have to reach eligable, for that, level. So breath out. You will stay on board.

Same story here. Fiverr is not what it used to be. Getting orders becoming more and more complicated.

My recent month on Fiverr has been the worst. Though I’m not so skeptical about whole thing, considering that fact. My plan is pretty much the same. Doing some work on portfolio update, considering and refreshing the prices, creating new gigs with new products. I’ll try to be adapt to the situation in general.

I’m interested in other platforms too. Looking for that at the moment.

I'm hanging in for now too. I'm wondering if you still bother with gig promotion? My best seller is promotable, but the impressions and clicks on that have also tanked, and I've had no revenue from the promoted gig for over two months. It has generated a decent payback up until recently but I don't know if it's worth the extra spend anymore. At least not until things straighten out.
I’d been keeping my gigs on promotion during March. My statistics are worse than ever before. I’ve got five inbox messages in total, two of them irrelevant spam. Only one message became an order, but it was not promoted one. So I’ve turned off promoted gigs, because it doesn’t make any difference. What is going on right now is worst I’ve ever experienced on the platform. Of course there are always ups and downs, but not like this time. I agree that something is wrong here.

My promotional expense around 40, 0 income. I’ve switched it off until things will get back to normal if it’s going back to normal. 😑

Has anyone else noticed that their promoted gigs are not working as well as in the past?
All 12 of my gigs qualify, and I promote half of them. However, right now, I have taken in only four times what I spent on promoting these gigs. I would tell a Mek Sell they needed to improve their gig images and description. However, in the previous two months, my income from promoted gigs was ten to 12 times what I spent on promoting them.I had one other month that was similar to this. After the month ended, things got back to "normal".
Same story here. I obviously have noticed that. Promoted gigs don’t work same effectively as before.

Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing fine and business going great!
This month somehow being hard on me. I am experiencing something what i've never experienced before on Fiverr as a seller. Everything was quite great for me on the platform, considering my statistics ( I was on vacation on July of 2022 and October, November of 2022 I was VERY busy with completion of moving to another country so i've set up "vacation mode"). Never had problems with getting new orders. Sometimes it was fantastic, sometimes a bit less, but overall my experience on Fiverr was great! Other times i even had to deny working on new projects due the lack of time, working on other orders. My inbox have been always active and i got new messages. This month it's almost dead. Not sure what exactly is going on. There was a moment when I've started to worry about AI ( since my field is art and it's huge arena for competitors). But in the end i'm not a digital artist, I draw traditionally so i'm not sure how it could possibly influence. Also my everyday statistic with impressions and clicks somehow acts weird. One day it rises up, next day it goes down and no smooth rising or descending like it was always before.
Does anyone experience anything similar recently? Im trying to understand what to do about it and if there is a possibilities to do anything. Promoted gigs don't really help ( it always worked for me before).
Good Luck with the sales, guys!

I have the same thing on all gigs ... And it happened at about the same time in the period from February 9 to 11. I also saw another seller who had the same thing.
Either we received a bad private review at the same time, or something is really wrong with Fiverr. Because my gig for a year had stable impressions in the range from 300 - 400, now 70 - 140.
Tips to improve the description and SEO, do not work here, because the gig has already been successful for a long time
Same here! Recently I've started to have same problems. Though all previous years everything seemed fine for me.

Update: Addressing new level system questions and feedback

This is so discouraging rather than giving you hope that it will work out if you try hard working. Like we never worked hard here before. Somehow, less or more all sellers adapted to any changes which were implemented through all these years of working on the platform. But not this time. To me, personally, the last changes sounds like a disaster and i am not really sure how to swim in this "transparency" swamp now. 🙂
