Hello The buyer is trying to make payment for gig. I had sent him custome offer. He says that even after multiple times, he is not able to make payments through payapl. Its showing that it is pre-authorized payment. Could anyone guide fast whats happning? this order is really very important for me.

I tried to save with QuickTime RGB 12bit aplha..these are all formats available with quicktime prests . Any idea These are all presets available with format Quicktime.Ididnt find Animation. Hello please help me I am trying to save a video with transparent background in Adobe Premiere Pro. I had succesfully removed background using using ultra key but whenever I save it...there is black screen behind it. I have tried measues like export setting with quicktime,h.264.. I want to save it without background so that i can use it on another videos. Anybody have anyother solution. I will be really grateful if anybody could help.
