    Yes I'm agree with you. Fiverr updated their rating system but they did not update the ranking algorithm . The old ranking algorithm is only ranking the gigs who are outforming with highiest 5 star ratings and other standards like professionalism, worth the money, communication etc. If they are all green fiverr will give ranking to the gig otherwise not. But I believe fiverr algorithm will fail this way and it will not rank the gigs in a fair way. Not sure how the fiverr engineers worked this time. I asked the client in a polite way what I can do to improve my communication leve and what they say was horrible. The client said "Oh this low rating was sent accidently and he was not willing to do it" Now at this point as per my experience 80% of buyers have no time to send the ticket to fiverr customer support to change the review and we are stuck day by day. And if we force the buyer somehow to reach the customer support then our customer experience will become bad and can make them uncomfortable too. I strongly believe fiverr should take an action to make the rating system improve like the other platform where they enable the buyers to change the ratings by themselves by clicking the button "Change feedback" if fiverr wants to run this way @Kesha if you find the time please guide us how we can make better the way

  2. If we say the client " I noticed your recent review and would appreciate any feedback on how I could improve." and they notice that they left a negative rating they get embarras . This is what that let them down. I don't want to let them embaras because I understand this is not a good way to do business. Fiverr the recent review update will ruin the either sellers or buyers but the one to have be . I bet you will have to change this policy later or soon but after sacrisfying our accounts. @Kesha

  3. Recently a happy customer left an awesome review for my service. He was so happy what I delivered to him. But new and weird rating system that is indeed a gift for us left 4.7 out of 5 review instead of 5 stars. I guess in a few months we sellers will be out from platform because the buyers really don't know that they are leaving the negative reatings. Fiverr assumes buyers are very technical but they are not. Fiverr should be fair with sellers this time and don't do such like things. Now we can't ask the buyer to change the rating because it is clearly stated below the rating system "

    It is against Fiverr’s Community Standards to manipulate, pressure, or ask for the removal or modification of a published review or rating."

    Fiverr assumes buyer can handle the new updated rating system in a honest way but it is not true. @Kesha Is there anyone here to listen our sellers concerns?.

  5. If the buyer does not like something, then the seller has no mechanisms to protect their work.

    Only two options:

    1. Either the seller will receive payment, and then negative feedback.
    2. Either the seller will not receive payment.

    For a long time working as a freelancer, I ran into an orgus number of customers who do not know what they want, cannot clearly articulate their requirements, and are constantly dissatisfied with everything wihtout any reasons (without any constructive criticism).

    Either the seller will not receive payment.

    Pakistan Standard Time / National Time is 5 hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time ( GMT +5).

    Here according to fiverr 00:00 GMT

    Here now in pakistan is 9:22 AM

    Then fiverr should promote me on next level 5:AM Pakistan

    But still waiting even i’m not doing breakfast 😄
