    Some orders qualify for cancellation without any repercussions for the seller. That is when the buyer is to blame for whatever problems were there.

    It's up to customer support. If you end up cancelling, and you believe that you did everything correctly, contact support and they will assess the situation.

    Don't take any chances. It is just one order. You will have more, if you are worth your salt.

    What are the consequences of cancelling the order ? does it effect my profile ?

    From the beginning, the order scope must be set in stone and the clients have to provide all requirements.

    And why did you agree to a 3-day deadline when you would need a week?

    Also, you don't begin an order and say, “we'll figure it out along the way, pal”. It doesn't work like that.

    Don't do that again. You will end up hurting your business.

    See if you can reason with the client or cancel the order.

    Hi, Thanks for the response. It's like, I have to summarize the contents he has provided in the beginning and then send him back for more info. I can't ask the client for each line details right.

  4. Hi, I got a job for less money, but I accepted because I wanted to have more clients. It's a one week job but client asked for 3 days delivery. On 3rd day he asked to extend delivery days to 2 more days to provide more details about the project. Since now delivery date has been extended twice, still did not receive the project details. My concern is , he has been asking for deliver today, now only 8hrs left and no response from client regarding the project requirements. What shall I do to avoid any bad impact on my profile? Plz help.
