The problem is that many sellers, like me, always have the problem that buyers don't respond within the order time. If you extend this for the customer, it will be seen as a massive minus in the rating system. That's why so many people are stuck with Success Score 4 even though they are 99% positive with 4.9 stars.... Fiverr needs to correct that. This is unfair as this is a permanent block to receiving orders. I can't even activate the promotion gig... These are features where Fiverr makes money. I have absolutely 0 understanding of it
