Hello Community,
I have been a level 2 seller on Fiverr for the past 9 years. Recently, I received a notification from Fiverr resulting in the denial of all my gigs and restrictions on my account. It turns out the issue stemmed from a misunderstanding regarding gig thumbnail copyrights. I promptly reached out to Fiverr's support team, providing them with all the source files of the thumbnails in PSD format, as well as the source links for the intro videos created in Canva. Some of the source files were designed by a friend based on my provided storyline, and I don't have direct access to those. It has been 3 days since I last heard from Fiverr, receiving only automated responses. I am deeply worried about the security of my account, as being a seller from a third-world country, Fiverr is my sole source of income supporting my family and children. A week of unemployment would significantly impact us in the coming month. I seek your advice on the next steps to take. I have dedicated the last 9 years to Fiverr full-time, juggling work, account maintenance, and client updates every 10-15 minutes. The current limitations on messaging clients and platform interaction are challenging. While Fiverr mentioned an update within 60 days, I wonder if I should wait or anticipate a response sooner. The situation has become critically life-threatening for me.
