Keep changing tags as oer fiverr tos. Edit description if anything is not as per fiverr tos.
I had same issue, gig came back after 21 days. I made changes in tags, removed unnecessary detail in my gig. Improved my gig image etc etc.

Advice - i faced same issue and my gigs went off for 21 days.
Make changes in your gig as per fiverr tos. Remove wrong tags.
Keep doing changes until gigs come back.
In my experience, use of wrong tags are highly punished by fiverr.

I had similar issue. Came back after around a month.
Review your gig for any tos violation and make changes in tags.
