  3. Had similar issue about 2 months ago. I reached out to CS, they pulled out a conversation I missed. This convo was initially marked as spam! But later it changed somehow… Can be really frustrating!

  10. I really understand how you feel, can be crazy on here at times! How were they able to leave a feedback if you refunded the order/cancelled?
  11. Use the resoution center to ask for a delivery extension. If your buyer does not respond go to CS, there is a link at the bottom of the Fiverr main page. Explain the situation and in my experience they will give you an extension. Hey, did you just say ‘CS’ themselves Extended the due date on that order for you?
