When I download my gig images, I can't see the image names I used. They have automatically changed to something else. Not sure why.

I've been here since 2014 and have created some of my gigs even after 5-6 years. I believe there isn't a time limit for creating gigs. You can take your time to develop professional and high-quality gigs.

Until this change, only very few people gave me ratings less than 5 throughout my history. But with this new change I got 4.7 rating even buyers was very happy with my work. With this rating he has said "Mel was fantastic to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone." So I think, with this new change even 4.7 is a good rating now? Isn't it? Because new system is affecting to all of us equally.

What if a seller cancels an order without delivering.(Also if replied within 24 hours). I believe new changes will not have an impact on such situations.
