  1. Sure, I can explain that in simple terms!

So, on Fiverr, there's something called a "Brief." It's like a tool for people who want to buy something. Let's say you want a special project done, like a logo design or writing a blog post. With the Brief, you can tell the sellers exactly what you need, how much money you're willing to spend, and when you need it by.

Once you send in your Brief, Fiverr will look for sellers who are really good at what you're looking for and who charge around the same amount as your budget. This way, you get connected with sellers who are a good match for your project. It's like Fiverr's way of making sure you find the right person to help you out!

  2. The number of revisions you should offer depends on your service and the complexity of the tasks you provide. Generally, offering 1-3 revisions is common, but it's essential to consider the nature of your gig and what is reasonable for both you and your clients. You should do a balance between providing excellent service and avoiding excessive revisions that could impact your time and resources.

    Hello bilal671!

I'm a new seller sorry i really don't know how or when your issue will solve. But I really did have a question. You're using promoted gig options? and is that fare and giving you still benefits? using promotion please let me know thanks

It's a great opportunity, and you'll definitely benefit from it. If your gig's ranking has dropped, it's not due to the promoted gig feature, but rather because of negative private reviews from clients. When you receive too many negative reviews, your gigs can de-rank, and you may also lose the promoted gig feature.

  4. It's possible that you received some negative private feedback, and it might take some time to bounce back from it. However, I believe things should improve and get better after a period of about 6 months. I've been facing the same issue, and it's been five months without getting my rank back. However, there's some positive news as I received the promoted gig and the early payout option.

  5. I had a similar experience about a month ago. However, now I've learned to be more cautious and set a customized click cap based on the market conditions. Instead of relying on auto settings, I manually adjust it regularly, which has been beneficial for me. I suggest doing the same every day and adapting it according to the market's fluctuations.

    • Make sure to use clear and eye-catching images for your gig.
    • Write descriptions and titles that directly relate to the services you offer.
    • Use relevant tags to help people find your gig easily.
    • Consider adding a video to your gig to make it more appealing and interactive.

    Thanks for your comment🙏

I think so, if I give low competitive niche now then what will rank?

Maybe it will rank but clients are also low because of low competition.

it depends what happened in the past months, like: negative private reviews destroy performance, but also: canceled orders, late orders, public negative reviews....

Our maximum "vacation"  was 3 months...

I think it was because of private feedback maybe. But it is almost 5 months now and I didn't get my rank back. Previously I got the rank in around 3 months.

  8. Hello Fiverr Community,

I need your support and guidance regarding a critical issue with my Fiverr account. Recently, my account experienced unexpected deranking, leading to the loss of my promoted gig, Seller Plus benefits, and overall ranking. While I managed to regain my promoted gig after a month, my previous rank is still not restored.

Timeline of events related to my promoted gig:

    04 March: Promoted gig disappeared
    14 April: Promoted gig reinstated
    19 April: Promoted gig disappeared
    22 April: Promoted gig reinstated
    24 April: Promoted gig disappeared
    25 April: Promoted gig reinstated
    26 April: Promoted gig disappeared
    27 April: Promoted gig reinstated
    28 April: Promoted gig disappeared
    10 May: Promoted gig reinstated
    26 May: Promoted gig disappeared
    7 June: Promoted gig reinstated

I have encountered gig rotation in the past, but this time the deranking has been severe. My gig isn't even appearing within the first 10 to 20 pages. It's been over 5 months, and my rank hasn't been adequately restored. The inconsistency with granted and revoked promoted gig is impacting my business significantly.

I kindly request your support in resolving this matter. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has insights on how to rectify this situation, your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention and support. Looking forward to your responses and suggestions.

    Warm regards,
    Haroon

What s your Seller Plus experience? Can we get more orders from it?

Seller plus is only a tool for analytics with some extra features. It will not boost your sales. It will be helpful to know about the clients previous record.

So I have a Cash advance facility. It's an awesome feature to have from Fiverr. And sometimes I take money from it to grow my business in Fiverr. Earlier fiver used to charge me approx 13% For example for every $100 you will have to return $113. Recently I noted it increased to 20%. Is anybody paying less or the same 20%? Any idea if it's a temporary or permanent change? Thanks

Fiverr increased the interest rate. If you want cash advance you have to payback with high interest rate.

Hi I have unfortunately booked a client which I initially refused to serve due to way he's demanding too much in low budget. I have told him earlier that this wasn't possible in such a low budget. He came back because probably no one agreed to provide him high quality delivery in low budget which is also my mistake that I should have refused him too. But now I told him that the thing you are requesting is not possible in this meager budget. Now he's disturbing me that I asked you to add MCQs at ending slide which were not initially in the offer but i have added in first revision and told him that further revision are not free. Now he again requesting to add MCQs and blame me with the oldest first message that I asked you. What should I do now? Contact support or cancel the order?

Contact the fiverr support team and tell them the whole story. They will help you with that order.
