Fiverr talks a lot about helping sellers but when it comes to cancellations they will tell you there are things/rules they are not allowed to share...yes, they actually told me this...and while I have 100% on my metics tried to insinuate it was my poor quality work...with over 14K orders and 8K 5star reviews...not one complaint other then someone trying to scam me for free work/orders by using CS to cancel the order. Now after having 6 who order, fill in requirements, and then change their minds, and two who tried to scam me in a 60-day period they have partially shut down my ads..oh, they will tell you it is Active...but not in the listings, not eligible for promotion and while I have literally thousands of repeat buyers they are the only ones who can order from me...worst CS keeps sending me BS form letters, take over a week to respond with said form letters, then tell you there is nothing they can do but if you wait it will be clear again...I have waited for five weeks now and they seem to want every cancelation to clear before reinstating my full account...that could be the end of DEC! Already lost at least 5K in profits...Fiverr's hidden policies they are not transparent on have done this to me twice in two years...hurts sellers and Fiverr business and makes zero sense. Sorry folks but they will not help.
