Why my Gigs disappeared and logo maker tab and promoted gigs?

Hi, 3 months ago my promoted gig system was off and all my high-ranking gigs are posted automatically from the first page to the last page, and my Fiverr logo maker Tab is disappeared with all 30 logos I uploaded. My sales become zero. What is the problem I can't understand my rating is 100%, the order completion rate is 100%, and order delivery and response are also 100%. Thanks -
Please promote your gig outside of Fiverr when you will get orders and reviews from outside your gigs will back to the original position and promoted gigs will be back.
