When do we get access to the Fiverr Payoneer Card?

I’m from Pakistan and we don’t have Paypal here so I’m wondering when I’ll be able to get a Fiverr Payoneer Card. I just reached Level 1 yesterday after waiting for the 30 days but still nothing.

So it isn’t automated based upon Levels ? Can we ask Customer Support to help us with the issue ?
