Buyer attempting sabotage?

I had a buyer who gave me a huge deal of orders, i was unable to fullfill so many on time. Then i had some IRL problems so i requested mutual cancellation. The buyer declined only to force- cancel in order to give me a negative rating.

He placed 4 orders(of 4 gigs) and he cancelled two of them, two have not yet hit deadline and he is denying mutual cancellation. Hes waiting for the deadline to trip so he can force cancel.



Is there anything i can do about it? Help is highly appreciated.

You need to try to find an agreement with your buyer, everytime!!

If you think he’s playing unfair, contact Customer Support: only they can help you in such situations.
