Hello, Fragglesrock did a website for me, he charged me $25 did deliver, but now he is no where to be found. He guaranteed the website would earn $400 monthly in about 2 months, does anyone know what happened to him?

Apart from the fact you should believe anyone making such a statement “400$ monthly” the chances are he/she was a bad egg and they got their account removed.
