Is there any way to know that for which keywords your GiG is appearing in the Search Results and getting Impressions?

I asked this question because I saw quick increases in Impressions whenever I edit any of my GiG.

I need to verify if it isn’t any bug and a coincidence. Cuz I just have a commonsense that Fiverr will not rank a 0 Rating, 0 Order GiG in the first page of Search Results.
