Buyer claims he already paid

I just paid for an order - I went through checkout, Fiverr took the money (verified by Paypal), it didn’t credit seller or create any order. So now, I just had to waste my time navigating the CS system to open a ticket, send them my Paypal transaction #, etc…It’s so frustrating. Also, now of course my order will be delayed. I told CS I also wanted some type of freebie from them to compensate for my inconvenience. 🙂
