My gig refused order

A prospective buyer was denied access to order my gig by Fiverr, I wish I can know the reason for this. I got a message from the buyer expressing his disappointment of not being allowed to buy the gig. I too was not allowed to contact the buyer through reply message. Do any one know what this is all about.

I only could see a message above my page that says ‘‘for privacy reasons this user may not be contacted directly’’
