Combining Order Conversations With Messages?

Hello wonderful world of Fiverr!



I’m having a hard time figuring out how to manage messages - and then messages associated with SALES. I wish they could all be on ONE thread - and not two different ones!!??



Is this even possible?



For example, I have a customer who sends the script - describes his/her expectations – and then places an order - but when I go to the order page – I remember that all the info/script is not THERE – it’s back in some conversation on ANOTHER thread…



Combining conversations AND orders PER CUSTOMER would be amazing!!!
