Need suggestions on current website

Hey all,



I have this iPhone repair website that I started up a few years ago that I have since gave up on. The first year was pretty good, but since the iPhone repair boom took off, Its slowed down a lot. I’ve never really been excited of the design or programming aspect of the script as well. I haven’t updated pricing or added anything I a long time or even really thought about it. I get more business from word of mouth honestly. I’m wondering if anyone has any ideas of what I should turn the website into, versus shutting down completely. I really like the domain name, and im sure it has potential to make some money somehow… The domain is FixMyiPhone[Net], even if it was possibly turned into a iPhone or mobile repair directory where shops can have the option of featuring their listing to the top of the page??



Any suggestions would be appreciated. Of course I would need your services if I like the idea.

Hi, its a nice site and looks great the only bug i could find is the logo phone number and the way it looks could be upgraded a bit.



One very important thing thoug its a direct copy of: http://sydneybedandbreakfast.net/

Whats going one with that?



If you made a copy of the site then your site will never become anything other then one of the mio of sites that are never seen and placed in the back of the search results.



Your backlinks are non related and looks to be made by some one who dosent know anything about backlinks, you have no alexa ranking so in short your site is doomed to fail.



The only way to fix these things is to make a completly new site and begin working on a seo strategy, using people that knows what they are doing!



You may like the domain name but the domain in it self has no value bacause of the bad backlinks pointing to the domain, dont get me wrong the domain name is great but due to the bad backlinks its been ruined, but you can correct it, but you need to start all over again.

Reply to @dbm811: Thanks for the reply and feedback. I do find it odd that my site is showing on sydneybedandbreakfast.net… Ive never heard of this domain. Could this be some sort of glitch? Just doesn’t make sense to me. The guy who "designed and put it all together was ccdantaswebdesign.com

Okay thats great i thougt you where another copyer, why there is another domain with the same content as yours and with the same phone number is a mystery to me, if its an attempt to get more visitors via that domain its not going to work sydney bed and breakfast is non related keywords to that content, if you do own that domain name i higly recomend that you take it out. If you did hire an seo expert at some point in time ask them if they are responsibel for the sydneybedandbreakfast domain and tell them to take it down. it might be a 301 redirect.



I only work on wordpress sites for wepdeveleopment and SEO, so i cant help you there.

@ocshaun79 i think you still should follow your dreams. Market is tough out there, but room for anyone to make money. I also wanted to start a business like that of my own which i got the domain name ready for it TechieRepairs(com). Never took off because i am so busy growing my Marketing firm at the moment and different types of income sources. But yes i will pursue this mobile repair soon in the future regardless of the competition. Think of terms of domination not being competitive.



Website Tip:

1. Add Secure Certification on the bottom on for your website, your visitors will trust you more.
   
2. Add a email sign up form pop to collect email, so you do email blasts in the future. This is GOLD!
