changing my gig’s title or description will that move me from the front page of online marketing? I have to add a few words in

I’m always playing with my title and description. Before I make changes I always copy the current title and description in case it messes up my ranking on my primary keyword. If the change messes up my ranking (I’m in the top 10) I’ll put the old message and description back.
