Buyer not approve?

I’m a new seller. I just completed my first order - and the buyer seemed happy with it. However, It’s still showing up as “Delivered - buyer: Review” or some such. Is there a way to force the buyer to close the sale or is this how buyers can end up getting free work?

They pay for your work beforehand so before you even deliver, they have already paid for it.

If the buyer does not mark the order as complete and leave feedback and such, it will automatically be marked as complete in 3 days. After it is marked as complete either by the buyer or automatically by the system, you will need to wait a safety period for your funds to clear. This takes about 14-17 days.



So, no worries. You WILL be paid! 🙂
