As a result, we are forced to cancel this order and ask that you discontinue your work. Please note that in some cases disputes are nothing more than temporary holds that are put on funds to make sure that they were authorized by the buyer. The dispute does not indicate that the buyer initiated it. If the dispute gets resolved, the buyer will receive an offer to reorder your gig. Thanks, The Fiverr Team=============================================================Can anyone explain me this?? 😮
debbie_ph
Your buyer contact the support to cancel the completed order or someone filled a dispute on paypal that they needed to return the funds( i’m not quite sure about it).The funds has been returned to buyer. And if the buyer cannot be seen anymore this probably means fiverr removed or limit their accounts.

Guest celticmoon
The buyer did a chargeback of this order through their Paypal account, which means Fiverr has also lost the funds, and ultimately so do you. Per the Fiverr Terms of Service, this is not an acceptable practice, therefore the buyer’s account was deleted. If you attempt to find the buyer, you’ll see the message that the account is no longer available. If the buyer had only asked customer support to cancel the order, he or she wouldn’t have had their account deleted.
