Request seller doesn't work?

I’ve been trying to find a couple of Sellers that are willing to produce some promotional stuff for me with my logo, but the request button window doesn’t seem to work? How do i go from here?

Sounds like a bug or compatibility issue. Try clearing your cache/cookies, log in to the site again, or try a different browser. Yours is the only complaint I’ve seen in the forums about this, so it doesn’t seem to be a site-wide problem.
