Appealing after account was disabled for order cancellation, why???

I recently became aware that my account has been flagged, and I wanted to reach out to understand the reasons behind this. After reading various Fiverr articles on my dashboard, I believe order cancellation should only affect my seller/order completion rate. Therefore, I think flagging and disabling my account is quite extreme, considering that the only issue was that one client was unsatisfied with my delivery and did not request for any revision, then proceeded to cancel the order, and requested for a refund. Although the client had already marked the order as complete, the funds were reversed to the client. I read in the rules that I have the right to appeal, but I do not know how to do this as I keep getting the same automated response from support? Thank you very much, I hope for your help!
