Orders Delivery

I am new here and I have been through the whole forum and checked out pretty much every discussion there is here but I couldn’t find the answer to my question. I was just wondering how do buyers get what they ordered? I mean, if you order something handmade for example, does the seller send it to u through mail or through a courier? What about a photoshopped picture or an illustration or logo? Does the seller e-mail it to you or do they send it to you through fiverr?
