Duplicated orders

Hello Fiverr team,

I have a question. A couple of days ago, I created a custom offer for a client, which they accepted without any issues. However, today I noticed that the order seems to have been created again. Is this some kind of bug? The client had already accepted it a few days ago, but now I have two orders with the same descriptions but different delivery dates. Essentially, they are duplicates.

I know some might suggest simply canceling the duplicated order, but canceling orders affects my rating, and I’d prefer to avoid a penalty for something that seems to be a system glitch. Could you provide some guidance on how to handle this situation?
