Unable to withdraw my earrings after my Fiverr account was blocked

Hello fiverr forum. I have issues withdrawing from my funds on my fiverr acct ; the account got blocked with $40 and after 90 days withdrawal link was sent but I was unable to withdraw the fund due to me forgetting my security answer, I contacted Fiverr support for solution that I need help they said they will respond to me so I waited for their response but they did not send me any solution before the normal 7days interval. in the process the account was blocked again so i waited for another 3 months but the withdrawal link was not sent. Fiverr support is not even responding to my request this is bad experience .. please at fiverr i need help resolving this issues. Thank you i am looking for your response.
