What do I do when buyers intentionally click my cheapest gig for a job that is way above the scope of the gig? I don't want to have another cancelled order so as not to damage my stats.

I had this situation now and then in the past.
An order was placed on the cheapest package to get the lowest possible price with the shortest delivery time.
Every time it was a struggle to convince the buyer to cancel the order or to get the order cancelled via CS.

So I bought Seller Plus Premium and use the "request to Order" function for all my gigs to avoid these situations.
