Lost 250 dollars for an order I have completed

I had a client from Australia asking me to buy a pair of shoes and ship them to Australia. It took me a while to get a hold on the shoes, and when I finally did and paid for the shipping (150$ for the shoes and shipping), the buyer reports me. So now I have a negative balance of 250 dollars, a pair of shoes ready to be shipped which I have no use for and postage was expensive. I have communicated with the buyer the whole time explaining why it took longer than expected, and when I send her the tracking code she says that because I didn't answer for a few days she thought I was scamming her.

So now I have lost 500 dollars almost in total and have a negative balance in Fiverr. Any tips to what I can do? I have the shoes and I have paid for the shipment to Australia. I am just sad that I was trying to help this person, and in return I am punished...

Any tips would be appreciated
