Get a Quote option?

Have you noticed that when you contact someone on Fiverr, there's an option to "Get a Quote"? Does anyone know how that option appears when you click on "Contact Us"?

Look, when you click on 'Get a Quote,' it will show this. It will make it easier for clients to describe their requirements and budget.

I feel that this is helpful because, for one, the client will state their budget requirements only once, and the seller won’t have to keep asking repeatedly.
