After 2 years I'm back on Fiverr. Now I want to continue my Fiverr journey. Please suggest to me, whether the old account is better or the new account.

You can't create new profile with the same identity. Better to work on existing one as it has also reviews and it may help to boost. Make sure your profile is all set with the latest Fiverr's updates (keyword research etc with your latest skills if any). Do some research, plan it, execute it.
