Regarding Warning received on my profile

Hi there,

I received a warning few days ago on my fiverr profile saying that I have created FAKE REVIEWS, I received it after few days of delivering one of my 5$ orders, to be honest, this client first contacted me outside fiverr, wanted to fix a bug, and according to his work, I can also say that 5$ was enough for it, he was like very beginner in app development, and still wanted to make a big app, I told him that you can hire me through fiverr, so he did so.

I have all proof of my delivery, and can tell that I never ever had any intentions to get fake reviews to my account, I believe on conventional methods to grow in fiverr.

I don't know why I received this warning, Please help me with this, and please Improve your Warning System.
