Hi, how do I fix clients asking for my email while making payments

I don't know how to fix my email to be paid from clients, can you help me?

I don't understand at all how clients can make payment when they're asking for my email to buy my services

and how to solve this?

Say it is against Fiverr TOS(terms of services)

When they ask for your email, then they try to scam you.

 

1) report them

2) Block them

3) Problem solved.
