Buyer online and not accepting my delivery also extending the review days

Please any advice or help I delivered and order for my buyer after done on his first order and completed but on his second order the buyer is always online but not accepting also extending the review days while the order is still delivered and lathing also have  messaged and still messaging the buyer but not responding.
